KSA / Offering the most competitive prices and believe our strongest asset is our friendly service and attitude towards helping our customers.

Kettering Surgical is a family company dedicated to offering great service & value.

We understand that some customers prefer personal assistance when placing orders. You can order by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Our team will guide you through the product selection process, provide a quotation, and assist you with the payment and shipping arrangements.

Kettering Surgical is a family-run company with a clear purpose: to deliver real value in a market where genuine savings can be hard to find. For over 50 years, we’ve been proud to supply the NHS with trusted medical products—cutting out unnecessary cost to keep prices low and quality consistently high.

We’re a small, responsive team based in Northampton, driven by the belief that customer service should be at the forefront of everything we do. When you contact us, you’ll speak directly to someone who knows our products inside out and genuinely cares about helping you find the right solution.

What makes us different? We want to change the market. While many competitors are tied to large distribution chains and inflated margins, we keep things lean and focused. As a small business, we can move faster, source smarter, and manufacture efficiently, passing every possible saving directly to our customers. That’s how we help NHS buyers stretch their budgets further, and how we offer private customers honest pricing on essential healthcare products.

We’re always looking for the best way to do things—whether it’s streamlining logistics, improving product design, or collaborating with new partners who share our commitment to value and integrity. This practical, hands-on approach is what sets us apart and keeps us evolving.

Our roots are firmly planted in public healthcare, but our reach extends to individuals, clinics, and care providers who expect quality and value without compromise. From everyday essentials to specialist solutions, we deliver with care, clarity, and purpose.

At Kettering Surgical, we don’t believe in inflated prices or impersonal service. We believe in doing things properly—and in making a difference with every order.
