Founded in Kettering in 1970, KSA initially offered bespoke Orthotic Services to a number of hospitals, fitting braces, splints, and specialised footwear to help patients with mobility challenges. As the NHS has evolved, so has our service, and with each generation, the business grows and adapts to the increasing demand for specialist medical devices.
Housed in a former shoe factory, now in Northampton, we embrace the rich history of the town’s shoe trade. We hold our manufacturing team in high esteem, endeavouring to maintain and, where possible, employ local professionals, including orthotists and skilled craftspeople, to make our products here in the UK.
Our customers include dedicated healthcare professionals, from surgeons and orthotists to physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
