AliMed® Foam Rollers

AliMed® Foam Rollers are constructed of high density 2-1/5 lb. foam for long-lasting performance. Full-round rollers are typically used for developing core stability, dynamic balance, and proprioception, as well as for self-massage and alignment activities. Half-round rollers are used for dynamic balance and stabilization training. Rolls are available in a wide variety of sizes from 3″ up to 8″ in diameter and lengths of 12″ and 36″.
