Puttycise® Tools

Puttycise® Tools can be pushed, pulled, or turned through putty to produce specified exercises. Changing the putty resistance increases or decreases difficulty level. Use to simulate functional activity and/or tech joint protection techniques. Consists of five tools that all function by inserting tool base into resistive putty. Tools include Knob Turn, Peg Turn, Key Turn, Cap Turn, and L-Bar (simulates pulling a vacuum, sweeping, using a hammer, etc.) Tools work best in 1 lb. of putty. Set includes one of each tool with a carry bag and set of instruction cards.
