AliMed® Long Ulnar Deviation Wrist Splint Same design as the MP Splint with the addition of neutral wrist positioning. Controls ulnar deviation at the wrist, supports the palmar arch and prevents further subluxation at the MP joints. Supports the hand and wrist during a period of acute flare-up or during sleep. MP joints are maintained in nearly full extension while allowing flexion at the PIP and IP joints.

Sizing: Measure MP width from ulnar aspect of fifth metacarpal to radial aspect of second metacarpal on dorsal surface of hand.
Small: 2-1/4″ to 2-3/4″
Medium: 2-3/4″ to 3-1/4″
Large: 3-1/4″ to 4″
Specify size and Left or Right.
