Bauerfeind® GloboPed® Forefoot Relief Orthosis

Bauerfeind® GloboPed® Post-Op Forefoot Relief Orthosis helps wounds to heal after operations in the forefoot and anterior metatarsal area. Provides foot relief for a number of medical indications including diabetic mellitus ulcers, neuropathic forefoot ulcers, and injuries to the forefoot. Shortened foot tread area (without forefoot support) and moderate dorsiflexed foot position relieve pressure on the area that needs it when walking. Orthosis surrounds the ankle and has a stabilizing molded heel counter to ensure the necessary secure hold in the shoe. Three VELCRO®-brand fastenings make the orthosis easy to use. Durable upper material can be washed. Comfortable, seamless, and soft inner lining. Protective shield prevents undesired contact with objects. Fits left or right.
