U-Step II Walking Stabilizer

U-Step II Walking Stabilizers help eliminate fall risk for patients with neurological conditions, providing greater stability, maneuverability, and control compared to traditional walkers. Unique U-shaped base stabilizes and braces patient in every direction from falling. Reversed braking system keeps unit immobile until brake handles are squeezed, allowing full mobility, while rolling resistance mechanism enables patient to control speed. Spring-loaded front wheel glides easily over uneven surfaces. 23″W frame with tight turning radius for narrow spaces. Optional Laser/Sound Cueing Module helps normalize walking and increase stride.
