Basic: 2″ Polyfoam is an economical choice with a surface that provides enough cushioning to prevent discomfort in healthy adults for short periods. Blue vinyl cover is radiolucent and bacteriostatic. Best for: Economical option for short-term cases (1-2 hours).

Premium Saver: 2″-thick surface. 1-1/2″ Polyfoam base with 1/2″ T-Foam™ top. T-Foam (memory foam) molds to patient’s contours. Due to its slow reactive properties, it can stabilize a patient better than Polyfoam alone. Anti-shear radiolucent and bacteriostatic Royal Blue elastic cover.Best for: Pressure management at an economy price. For cases lasting 1-3 hours.

Deluxe: Closed-cell 1″-thick foam construction reduces pressure and bottoming out. Very low attenuation. The surface is sprayed with high tech liquid Teal vinyl that is durable and seamless. Best for tight spaces where a thin surface is desirable.
