AliMed® Body Positioning Wedges are used for side-lying support and trunk stabilization to maintain positioning schedules and help prevent pressure injuries. Positioning wedges can be used anywhere your patients need firm support. 45º wedge keeps shoulders and hips properly aligned for greater comfort.

AliMed Body Positioning Wedges with Upholstered Covers feature a bacteriostatic, water-resistant fabric that can be wiped clean with traditional spray disinfectants. Wedges can be surface-cleaned if soiled. Available in two sizes: 28″L Full-Size wedge for larger patients and/or for maximum positioning support, or 14″L Half-Size wedge for smaller patients and/or to allow better air circulation to coccyx region to aid in wound healing. Both sizes are 10″W x 8″H.
