AliMed® Elite Gel Cushions for moderate to high-risk users. Combine a high-density foam base with a visco-elastic gel topper for relief at critical pressure points. Moderate slope from front to back with medial/lateral thigh positioners and lateral pelvic supports for optimal posture. High-density visco-elastic foam for long-term use. Nontoxic Polymer DuraGel inserts will not leak, and they stay in place.

AT Model is an anti-thrust cushion with a pre-ischial bar for greater pelvic stability. Not made with natural rubber latex.
