AliMed® Pelvic Positioning Wedge aids in aligning SI and spine as well as pelvic floor musculature and organs. Position under pelvis in supine to help reduce back and pelvic pain. Helps improve bladder and bowel health as well as circulation in lower pelvis. Medium density foam resists compression. Removable, brushed polyester outer cover is machine-washable.
