AliMed® Sit-Straight™ Wheelchair Cushion with T-Gel™ features an integrated solid seat base with a top layer of checkerboard T-Gel, offering maximum shear reduction and pressure redistribution. Wedge shape improves posture by discouraging harmful sacral sitting. T-Gel’s elastomer gel mimics skin-protecting fatty tissue and moves with the skin to minimize shear and skin breakdown. Tapered front edge relieves pressure on thighs.
