AliMed® Turnbuckle Knee Orthosis

AliMed® Turnbuckle Knee Orthosis helps maintain the gains in ROM achieved through stretching and brace wear. Steel rod and turnbuckle mechanism provide a low-load stretch to the joint to gradually reduce the contracture and increase the range of motion incrementally.

Turnbuckle with triangular-shaped grip easily adjusts with splint in place for optimal positioning. Rigid Kydex® splint shell is hinged at the knee, with the turnbuckle connecting the thigh and calf portions. Use for knee contractures from 45º flexion to 10º hyperextension. Pads are terrycloth-lined for comfort. Fits left or right knee. Must be used under a physician’s supervision.
