Its Polyurethane material has a smooth, soft top layer with high-stretch polyester backing. Mild anti-thrust shelf promotes postural stability and helps prevent forward migration, while a medial thigh separator improves postural alignment. High-density molded foam increases cushion’s surface area, reducing potential peak pressure areas.
