Ossur Rebound® Diabetic Walker is a total contact casting alternative. Uniquely designed for effective treatment of plantar foot ulcers. Enables easy access and re-fitting during wound care, while improving patient’s mobility during the healing process. Heat-moldable tri-laminate insole and removable shock-absorbing hexagons promote ulcer offloading, with a pressure-distributing Plastazote top-layer. Positioning portals enable easy access to clinicians to assist with appropriate positioning. Patent-pending pressure relief valve for preventing over-inflation, while balancing compression with customized fit. Anatomically designed shell offers protection and minimizes shear forces by immobilizing the foot and ankle at 90 degrees. Flex Edge® overmolding provides protection against pressure points. Rocker bottom allows a smooth roll over while allowing for individual natural toe out. Tamper-evident strapping helps monitor compliance. Soft, breathable liner is machine washable. Fits left or right.
