Plastazote® #2 is more supportive and retains its cushioning properties longer. Individual sheets of padding have always been bulky and hard to store. Purchase by the case – your Plastazote is protected in flat, 3″ – (7.5 cm) thick boxes. Cases store easier and stay cleaner.

Plastazote The high-quality, lightweight, closed-cell polyethylene foam is nontoxic and hypoallergenic. It can be used in direct contact with the skin. It is also heat-moldable, grindable, and washable.
Plastazote #1 mold quickly in response to weight-bearing, enhancing total contact and making it ideal for splint padding and orthotic top layers.
Plastazote #2 is more supportive and retains its cushioning properties longer.
Plastazote #3 is often used as the supportive filler on the base layer of foot orthoses.
Plastazote is not made with natural rubber latex.
