SkiL-Care™ Wheelchair Mobile Arm Support

SkiL-Care™ Wheelchair Mobile Arm Support provides optimal support for the arm and positions the hand appropriately. This wheelchair arm support helps maintain lateral body support. Adjustable elbow angle permits the alternation between arm flexion and arm extension that is so important to contracture control. In reimbursement language, this device is called a SEWHO (shoulder-elbow-wrist-hand orthosis).

Two versions of the Wheelchair Arm Support are available:
Level Wheelchair Arm Support and the Elevated Wheelchair Arm Support Choose the level armrest, or, if edema is present, choose the elevated arm model. High-density foam covered with easy-care, spray-and-wipe nylon. Attaches to any wheelchair with a unique “sandwich” clamp. Left and Right models are not interchangeable.
