Support Surfaces made to fit AMSCO® C- Max

Basic—2″ Polyfoam is an economical choice with a surface that provides enough cushioning to prevent discomfort in healthy adults for short periods of time. Best for: Economical option for short-term cases (1-2 hours).

Premium Saver—2″-thick surface. 1-1/2″ Polyfoam base with 1/2″ T-Foam™ top. T-Foam (memory foam) molds to patient’s contours. Due to its slow reactive properties, it can stabilize a patient better than Polyfoam alone. Best for: Pressure management at an economy price. For cases lasting 1-3 hours.

Premium—A full 2″ of T-Foam™ (memory foam) molds better to each patient’s contours, reducing high-pressure areas. Due to its slow-reactive properties, it can stabilize a patient better than Polyfoam. Best for: High-risk patients and/or procedures lasting 2-3 hours.

Deluxe—Extra-thick 3″ surface combines 1-1/2″ of T-Foam (also called memory foam) for maximum pressure reduction with 1-1/2″ of Polyfoam for extra thickness and support. Best for: Bariatric and lateral cases and procedures lasting 3 hours.

Premium Seamless— Combines a 1-1/2″ layer of T-Foam™ (Temper Foam) for superior pressure distribution, and a 1/2″ base layer of closed cell foam to prevent bottoming out. Fluid-proof coating moves with T-Foam for even support. Easy-to-clean surface with no seams to collect dirt.
