Tumble Forms2® Tadpole Pediatric Positioner for infants and toddlers up to age 3 with cerebral palsy and other motor delays/dysfunctions. Place child in prone with half roll and two lateral supports to promote active body extension, head flexion, chest elevation, and forward propping for mid-line hand-touching. Use the base wedge modulars together for seating activities. Side-lying positions facilitate control of lateral head and trunk movements. Prop the base to position child for improved respiration or place a log roll under base for vestibular activities. Mirror stand (included) encourages child’s curiosity. Includes log roll, half roll, wedge, tray with mirror, and carrying case. Washable vinyl coating with antimicrobial protection. Not made with natural rubber latex.
